摘 要:文章介绍目前国内外多种提高铁路车轴疲劳性能表面强化处理方法的特点及应用情况,并将近几年来发展迅速、并具有很大推广价值的超声冲击强化处理方法应用到铁路车轴的表面强化处理上,以期提高车轴使用寿命。通过对LZ50车轴钢进行超声冲击强化处理,在LZ50车轴钢表面上获得一层塑形变形层,在表面硬度提高的同时,表面粗糙度值降低,且存在有较高的残余压应力。而这些特性均将有利于提高车轴的疲劳性能。This paper presents various methods of surface hardening treatment about the characteristics and application,which improving the fatigue property of railway axles at home and abroad. The method of ultrasonic peening strengthen treatment is applied to railway axles in order to increase its service life,which developing rapidly in recent years and has great popularization value. Through ultrasonic peening strengthen treatment ,plastic deformation layer is formed on the surface of LZ50 railway axles steel, the surface hardness is improved, meanwhile the surface roughness is reduced,and the surface exists higher residual stress. These characteristics will be beneficial to increase the fatigue property of railway axles.
