针刺左侧曲泉穴对健康青年大脑中动脉血流速度及搏动、阻抗指数的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺健康青年左侧曲泉穴,观察双侧大脑中动脉(MCA)在不同的时间点血流速度、搏动及阻抗指数变化,为临床使用该穴提供参考依据。方法随机选取20例健康青年,针刺左侧曲泉穴,用经颅多普勒超声仪(TCD),在针刺前10 min、进针时(进针得气后行平补平泻手法)、留针时(留针15 min,行平补平泻手法)、出针时(留针30 min行平补平泻手法,出针后即刻)、出针后10min分别检测并记录MCA的舒张期最大血流速度(Vd)、收缩期最大血流速度(Vs)、平均血流速度(Vm)、搏动指数(PI)及阻抗指数(RI)的变化。结果针刺左侧曲泉穴,出针时左侧MCA的Vd与针刺前相比较明显下降,有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他数据变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺左侧曲泉穴在出针时使左侧大脑中动脉的舒张期最大血流速度减慢。Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture points at left Ququan on the blood flow velocity,pulsation and resistance index changes of bilateral middle cerebral artery( MCA) of healthy young people at different time and provide a basis for its clinical use. Methods: 20 healthy young people were randomly selected to give acupuncture points at their left Ququan by Transcranial Doppler( TCD),10 min before acupuncture,inserting needle( reinforcing- reducing technique was used after getting Qi),retaining the needle( reinforcing- reducing technique used when the needle was retained for 15 min),withdrawing the needle( reinforcing- reducing techniques used after the needle was retained for 30 min and the needle was withdrawn instantly). 10 min after the needle was withdrawn,maximum flow velocity( Vd) of diastolic MCA,peak systolic velocity( Vs),mean flow velocity( Vm),pulsation index( PI) and resistance index( RI) changes were detected and recorded. Results: The acupuncture points at left Ququan significantly decreased MCA Vd when withdrawing the needle,by comparing with pre- acupuncture. There was statistically significant( P < 0. 05),but other data had no statistically significant changes( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The acupuncture points at left Ququan slow down the maximum flow velocity( Vd) of diastolic MCA when the needle was withdrawn.
