摘　　要：基于互联网的用户反馈数据资源的动态采集及分组数据统计是进行决策的重要依据.本文以PHP+MySql为编程工具实现了多选网上投票系统.遵循投票的真实性和公平性原则,保护用户隐私,在该系统的用户身份识别模块中引入了动态IP识别功能,实现了特定IP用户无重复的网上投票系统.The dynamic acquisition of Internet user feedback data resources and packet data statistics is the important basis for decision-making. This article realized the multiple online voting system through PHP ＋ MySql as the programming tools. According to the principle of authenticity, fairness and protect the privacy of users, we introduced the dynamic IP recognition functionin in the system of the user identity recognition module, thus realized the specific IP users online voting system without repetition.
