心率变化测定对老年糖尿病合并心脏植物神经病变的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨老年糖尿病合并心脏植物神经病变时心率变化及临床意义。方法　测定 30例正常人和 6 0例老年糖尿病患者的呼吸差和立卧位差。结果　老年糖尿病患者深呼吸及立卧位差与正常人相比有显著差别 (P<0 .0 1) ;两者和病程、病情控制程度及合并微血管病变和周围神经病变密切相关。结论　心率变化测定可反映老年糖尿病心脏植物神经病变的程度 ,有诊断意义 ,且和慢性并发症及病程、病情控制有关。Objective To observe change of heart rate and clinical value in the elderly diabetes with heart autonomic nervous disease.Methods Determin the difference of deep breath and the difference of standing and lying for 30 healthy control subjects and 60 subjects with the elderly diabetes.Results The difference of deep breath and the difference of standing and lying in the elderly diabetes were significantly lower than that in healthy control subjects (P<0.01),They were positively correlated with duration,degree of diabetic control and diabetic microangiopathy.Conciusion Measurement of heart rate's change can reflect degree of the elderly diabetes with heart autonomic nervous disease;and it was correlated with duration、diabetic microangiopathy and degree of diabetic control.
