摘　　要：为实现北京市建设项目审批过程中的基础数据、业务数据的共享,以北京市规划委和北京市国土局为例,按照"分散存储、逻辑集中"的建设原则,提出基于WebService服务的空间数据共享模式,建立相关数据库,并在业务审批中得到应用。In order to achieve underlying data and business data sharing of Beijing construction project approval process, with Beijing Municipal Bureau of Urban Planning and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources as an example, in accordance with the principles of the ＂decentralized storage, logical focus＂, the paper proposed spatial data sharing model based on WebService, and Established databases which has been applied in business approval.
