舒利迭对小儿哮喘血清MMP、TIMP-1、IL及肺换气功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究舒利迭对小儿哮喘血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂(TIMP-1)、白介素(IL)及肺换气功能的影响,以了解其在此类患儿中的应用价值。方法:选取本院收治的72例小儿哮喘患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(辅舒酮治疗组)36例和观察组(舒利迭治疗组)36例,将两组治疗前和治疗后第6、12周的血清MMP、TIMP-1、IL及肺换气功能指标进行比较。结果:观察组的治疗后第6、12周的血清MMP、TIMP-1、IL水平均低于对照组的检测水平,PIMAX高于对照组的检测水平,PA-aDO2、Qs/Qt、RI则均低于对照组的检测水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒利迭对于控制小儿哮喘的血清MMP、TIMP-1、IL发挥着积极的作用,且可有效改善患儿的肺换气功能。Objective. To study and analyze the influence of seretide on serum MMP, TIMP-1, IL and pulmonary exchange function in children with asthma. Methods：Totally 72 children with asthma were selected as research object and randomly divided into control group（flixotide treatment group, n= 36 ca- ses） and observation group （seretide treatment group, n 36 cases）, then the serum MMP, TIMP-1, IL and pulmonary exchange function indexes of two groups before the treatment and at the sixth and twelfth week after the treatment were compared. Results= The serum MMP, TIMP-1 and IL of observation group at the sixth and twelfth week after the treatment were all lower than those of control group,PlMAX were higher than those of control group,PA-aDO2, Qs/Qt and RI were all lower than those of control group （P d0.05）. Conclusion：The seretide plays an active role in controlling serum MMP,TIMP-1 and IL of chil- dren with asthma, and it also can effectively improve the pulmonary exchange function of children.
