激素干预对肾病综合征患儿外周血CXCL16表达水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性肾病综合征患儿血清中人CXC型趋化因子配体16(CXCL16)表达水平及临床意义。方法:采用ELISA法检测28例原发性肾病综合征患儿(实验组)和20例健康对照者(对照组)血清CXCL16水平,比较两组的差异,分析其与24h尿蛋白水平的相关性,并分析激素干预前后肾病综合征患儿血清中CXCL16表达的差异。结果:肾病综合征患儿血清CXCL16水平为(581.07±38.62)pg/L,对照组血清中水平为(416.53±25.90)pg/L,患儿血清CXCL16水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肾病综合征患儿血清CXCL16水平与24h尿蛋白水平呈正相关(r=0.158,P<0.05)。激素干预后肾病综合征患儿血清CXCL16的水平为(456.07±42.89)pg/L,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:趋化因子CXCL16可能参与了肾病综合征的发病过程。Objective= To detect the expression t drome. Methods= The level of CXCL16 in blood serum from 28 patients with nephrotie syndrome and 20 normal controls were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The correlation between CXCL16 and 24 h urine protein was analyzed. The difference in CXCL16 before and after prednisone therapy was al- so analyzed. Results.The content of CXCL16 in patients with nephrotic syndrome was（581.07~38.62）pg/ L, but in normal controls it was（416.53＋__25.90）pg/L. The content of CXCL16 in patients with nephrotic syndrome was significantly higher than that in controls （P^0.05）. The expression level of CXCLI6 in pa- tients with nephrotic syndrome was positively correlated with 24 h Urine protein content （P^0.05）. The expression level of CXCL16 in patients with nephrotie syndrome after prednisone therapy was significantly lower than that before therapy. Conclusions.Chemokine factor CXCL16 may be involved in the pathogene- sis of nephrotic syndrome. Keyword.
