加强地市级农科院所科研管理工作的思考

摘　　要：文章针对当前我国农业发展的大环境,深入分析了地市级农科院所科研管理工作中存在的问题,提出了提高管理人员综合素质、强化科技人员培训、提升科技服务质量、完善科研创新激励机制、加强部门信息共享等农业科研单位在新时期把握机遇、创新机制的措施和建议。Based on current situation of agricultural development in China, problems of management of researches in municipal institutes of agricultural sciences were deeply analyzed in the paper. Measures and recommendations of grasping the opportunity and innovating mechanisms in the new era for agricultural research institutes were proposed, which focused on improving the overall quality of managers, strengthening the training of scientists and technicians, boosting the quality of technologic service, improving incentives for innovation, and strengthening information sharing among research departments, etc.
