地方农业高校实施“双百”科技富民工程的科技服务价值

摘　　要：地方农业高校是提升农业科技创新水平,服务农业产业发展,推动农业科技成果转化的重要力量。文章结合湖南农业大学科技服务"三农"的实践,从"双百"科技富民工程的实施背景出发,总结了"双百"科技富民工程的建设成效,并从4个方面探讨了实施"双百"科技富民工程的科技服务价值。Local agricultural universities play an important role to enhance the level of agricultural scientific and technological innovation, to serve for development of agricultural industry, to promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. Combined with practice of Hunan Agricultural University serving the ＂Agriculture, countryside and farmers＂ with science and technology and begun from the background of ＂double hundred＂ scientific and technological enriching project, effects of constructing scientific and technological enriching project were summarized in the paper. Value of scientific and technological service of implementing ＂double hundred＂ scientific and technological enriching project was discussed from four aspects.
