摘 要:一般公路、高速公路、铁路、南水北调水利工程、西气东输管线工程及通信与电力线工程等线性工程建设与运营对农用地和生态环境破坏严重。围绕线性工程扰动影响调查评价、土地整治适宜性评价、沿线区域土地整治规划设计和土地整治工程技术、信息化支撑技术等方面,梳理分析了国内在线性工程沿线区域土地整治技术相关研究的主要特点与不足,探讨了我国新农村建设和现代农业发展形势下的线性工程沿线土地整治的技术需求,并提出了面向城乡统筹和现代农业发展的线性工程沿线区域土地整治技术研究方向。In general, linear projects include road, highway, railway, South-North Water Transfer Project, West-East Gas Pipeline Project and the communications and power line project. By the comparative study method, this paper reviews and forecasts the study progress of land consolidation in the area along linear project, points out flaws in the existing studies and predicts the key points in future studies. Results indicate that the existing studies of land consolidation in the area along linear project mainly focus on the survey of disturbance, suitability evaluation for land reclamation and ecological restoration. Under the background of guiding new countryside construction and balancing urban and rural development, the studies should be enhanced in the future on method for comprehensive investigating and evaluating the disturbance on surrounding area that made by linear project; innovative researching the spatio-temporal location method of land consolidation projects and planning techniques in land consolidation pro- ject area to promote modern agricultural development in the area along linear project; developing land consolidation information management system.
