基于主成分和两维图论聚类分析的农村居民点整合时序研究——以重庆市璧山县为例

摘　　要：从经济、社会、农户后顾生计来源3个层次选取11个指标构建综合评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法初拟璧山县农村居民点整合时序,提取各乡、镇政府驻地经纬度坐标并结合主成分因子得分,采用两维图论聚类分析从空间角度确定璧山县农村居民点整合核心点并依据核心点辐射作用划分圈层,依据圈层核心点在主成分分析结果中排序并结合现实情境确定璧山县农村居民点整合时序。结果表明,璧山县开展农村居民点整合可以七塘镇、河边镇、青杠街道、健龙乡为核心点划分4个圈层,A圈层={七塘镇、八塘镇、大路镇},B圈层={河边镇、福禄镇、大兴镇},C圈层={青杠街道、璧城街道、正兴镇、丁家镇},D圈层={健龙乡、广普镇、三合镇};整合时序为:圈层C>圈层B>圈层D>圈层A,以圈层C核心点青杠街道为中心分别向其西北、西南、东北方向辐射圈层B、圈层D、圈层A核心点。研究结果可为农村居民点整合工作开展和新农村建设提供决策依据。The authors constructed the comprehensive evaluation index system via selecting 11 indexes from e- conomic, social and the source of forward-security of famers＇ livelihood, adopted principle component to make the initial rural settlements integration schedule of Bishan County, then employed two-dimension graphics cluster in making cores and dividing integration layers by extracting the latitude and longitude coordinates of every townshipgovernment resident and combining them with the principle component scores, and made the finishing schedule ac- cording to the cores＇ ranks in the principle component and the realistic situation. Results indicated that rural settle- ments could divide into four layers as Qitang Town, Hebian Town, Qinggang Street, Jianlong Township for the cores in Bishan County that is layer A （Qitang Town, Batang Town, Dalu Town）, layer B （Hebian Town, Daxing Town, Fulu Town）, layer C （Qinggang Street, Bicheng Street, Zhengxing Town, Dingjia Town）, layer D （Jian- long Township, Guangpu Town, Sanhe Town）. The schedule of rural settlements integration were layer C 〉 layer B 〉 layer D 〉 layer A, the core of layer A radiates the core of layer B, C, D respectively to the northwest, south- west, northeast. The study can be the basis for decisions for carrying out rural settlements and new rural reconstruc- tion.
