摘  要:以山东省济南市为研究区,采用生态足迹模型,建立以生态压力、生态承载力、发展潜力为特征指标的指标体系,利用综合加权评分法确定济南市主体功能区规划方案:禁止开发区为4个自然保护区,限制开发区为济阳县、平阴县和商河县这3个农产品主产区及2个重点生态功能区,重点开发区为长清区和章丘市,优化开发区为天桥区、历下区、历城区、市中区和槐荫区。研究表明生态足迹模型是研究市域主体功能区规划的一个有力工具。With Ji'nan City as the research area, using the ecological footprint model, this paper establishes the index system with ecological pressure, ecological carrying capacity and development potential as the characteristic indexes and constructs the indicator system and comprehensive weighted scoring method to determine the planning of the main functional areas of Ji nan City, with the result that the prohibited development areas are 4 nature reserves, restricted development areas are 3 main production areas of agricultural products, i. e. , Jiyang County, Pingyin County and Shanghe County and 2 key ecological functional areas, the key development areas are Changqing District and Zhangqiu City, optimizing development zones are Tianqiao District, Lixia District, Licheng District, Central District and Huaiyin District. The study shows that ecological footprint model is a powerful tool in studying the planning of the main functional areas of a city
