摘 要:氯虫苯甲酰胺、氰氟虫腙、溴虫腈、甲维盐和丁醚脲是小菜蛾常用防控药剂。5种杀虫剂乳油(EC)和悬浮剂(SC)的表面张力、室内毒力及盆栽菜和田间持效期测定结果表明,EC制剂的表面张力值均小于SC制剂,室内杀虫活性也普遍高于SC制剂;但盆栽菜和田间持效期测定显示,SC制剂室外药效稳定性优于EC制剂。说明同种药剂EC制剂和SC制剂各有优势,建议应用时,结合不同环境条件选择合适的剂型。Chlorantraniliprole, metaflumizone, chlorfenapyr, Proclaim OR (banleptm) and diafenthiuron are common insecticides used for controlling diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella. In this paper, the experiments of surface tension test, bioassay analysis in lab, effective duration evaluation in potted and field vegetables were eorried out to study the effect of different formulations (EC and SC) of 5 insecticiedes on P.xylostella. The results showed that surface tension values of all EC formulations were lesser than SC formulations, and toxicity of all EC formulations against to P.xylostella were also better than SC formulations. But effect of SC formulations had better stability than EC formulations in the open environment. All the results indicate that different formulations of the same insecticide have different advantages; we should select the appropriate formulation according to the different environmental conditions.
