摘　　要：基于提高农业保险覆盖率视角,对河北省石家庄市农业统筹互助保险的实践和河北省农民专业合作社的发展进行了分析,可知农业统筹互助保险可以贴近农民的需求、降低农业保险的交易成本、提高农业保险的覆盖率。并从政策支持层面、业务经营层面和监督管理层面分析了进一步发展的着力点。Based on improving agricultural insurance coverage, this paper analyzes the practices of agricultural mutual insurance and the development of farmers＂ professional cooperatives in Shijiazhuang city, Hebei province, and concludes that the agricultural mutual insurance can be close to the farmers＂ demand, reduce the transaction costs of agricultural insurance, improve agricultural insurance coverage, finally analyzes the key points in fhture development from the aspects of policy support, business management and supervision.
