摘  要:为了解决隧道出渣过程中主要施工机械即装载机、出渣车优选的问题,采用闭合排队网络模型,模拟装渣系统1和卸渣系统2的运转过程,分别计算在不同机械配置下各系统的目标参数及生产效率,并优化机械配置。工程实例表明,对于选定的同数量机械,随着型号的不同,出渣所用时间有所变化,但变幅不大;对于选定的同型号机械,刚开始随着出渣车数量的增加,出渣所用时间明显减小,当出渣车增加到一定数量时,出渣所用时间变幅明显变小。To optimize the sorts and quantities of main construction machinery in tunnel mucking process of loaders and heavy dumpers, closed queuing network approach are applied to simulate the operation process of mucking system 1 and unloading system 2. By conducting simulation experimentations, the productivity of each system is calculated respectively under different machinery configuration parameters. With the simulation results, the optimal mechanical configuration is figure out. A practical case study shows that with the same quantity of construction machines, the mucking period is slightly changed corresponding with different machine type; with the same type of machine, the mucking period is obviously decreased at the beginning while increasing machine quantity; however, the decreasing rate slows down while the machine quantity is up to a certain level.
