摘 要:介绍一种以S3C2440为核心的真空差压铸造控制系统的设计,描述控制和铸造的实现原理、系统的硬件组成及对应的应用软件设计。利用该系统的应用程序软件可有效地实现对铸罐压力的精确控制。系统能够实时显示铸造过程中的参数变化曲线,具有网络传输、存储打印等功能,能够提高铸造的人机互动性和可靠性。This paper mainly introduces the design of vacuum counter-pressure casting control system which is made up of S3C2440 as the core, describes the systematic principle of its implementation, hardware composition and its corresponding soft- ware design. The ladle pressure can be controlled accurately by using the application programs of the system. In the process of casting, the system can display the parameters in real-time and graphically display the casting. What' s more, it will add so many functions, such as network transmission, storage, printing, and so on. The designed system is good for improving human-comput- er interaction and reliability of casting.
