鸡与鹌鹑属间杂交种胚胎早期死亡的观察研究

摘　　要：该研究以雄鸡与雌鹌鹑正交组合杂交种的早期胚胎为研究对象,在杂交种蛋入孵不同时间点采取样本,并对所取样本中不同时段杂交种蛋死亡胚胎的形态进行了观察分析。结果显示:除了外在因素外,大约90%以上的死亡胚胎均与杂交种胚胎发育在(72±6)h的形态特征相似;表明属间杂交种早期胚胎大批死亡的确切的时间应为(72±6)h。In this study, the rooster and quail orthogonal combination hybrid embryos for research object, in the hybrid eggs incubated at different time points to take samples, and the different periods of hybrid eggs from the embryonic death in the sample morphology were observed and analyzed. The results show： in addition to the external factors, about 90% more dead embryos and morphological characters of 72 ± 6 h; show hybrid embryo development were similar in that hybrids early embryonic death of large quantities of the exact time shall be 72 ± 6 h.
