摘　　要：师资队伍建设是高校最基本、最核心的建设。以河南农业大学为例,对师资队伍结构及分布状况统计分析,找出师资队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出具有针对性的建设策略。The qualification of teaching staff in higher education is the most important in locail undergraduate college of Henan Agricultural University as an example.Finding out the existing problems by statistical analysis on nearly three years of teaching staff structure and distribution.It gives some advice on how to improve the qualification of teaching staff in Henan Agricultural University and provides certain reference for other universities in China.
