摘　　要：大理寺作为宋朝中央最高审判机构,在宋代的司法运行中发挥了重要作用。宋代大理寺除了最主要的审判职能外,还有诸多其他的法治职能,诸如立法职能、监督职能、考选法官职能、监狱管理职能以及大理寺官员奉命临时办理(差遣)事务,承担着与宋代法制建设相关的其他任务,为进一步完善宋朝法治环境起了重要的推动作用。Supreme court was the highest judicial agency in Song Dynasty, which had played an important role in the operation. In addition to the most important judicial functions, there were many other functions, such as legislative functions, oversight functions, the functions of judges. Examination, prison management functions as well as supreme court officials ordered the temporary deal with other affairs. It undertook the Song other tasks related to the legal system, in order to further improve the legal environment of the Song played an important role in promoting.
