摘　　要：目的平均住院日是医院管理中的一项关键指标。探讨医疗保险定额结算方式对医保患者平均住院日的影响,以期为政府完善医疗保险结算政策提供参考依据。方法对某三甲医院2008-2012年医保患者平均住院日、住院费用进行统计分析。结果定额结算方式下医保患者平均住院日呈逐年下降趋势,低于自费患者,减轻了医保患者的经济负担。结论定额结算模式有利于控制平均住院日,进而达到提高医疗保障效率的作用。Objective The average such confinement is a key indicator of hospital management. On patients with medical insurance fixed settlement way for health care,on average,the influence of such confinement, so as to provide reference for the government to perfect the medical insurance settlement policy basis. Methods A certain 3A hospital in 2008 - 2012 average,hospitalization expenses of such confinement health care patients were analyzed. Results The norm under the method of payment medicare patients, on average,such confinement downward trend year by year,and lower than patients at his own expense. Lighten the economic weight of patients. Conclusion Fixed settlement mode is helpful to control the average such confinement,and thus to improve the efficiency of the health care function.
