摘 要:介绍了目前带式输送机常见的故障,依据山西某煤矿的生产运行记录,对常见故障进行了调查分析;详细分析了输送带跑偏故障的产生原因,提出用基于主元分析(PCA)和支持向量机(SVM)算法的诊断方法对带式输送机n个特征点上皮带跑偏的位置、幅值及发生的频度进行采集和分析,并对跑偏故障类型进行分类,从而实现皮带跑偏故障的快速识别。该方法便于实现,对于输送线路上故障的预防、诊断及其处理具有一定的指导意义。This article described the common faults of belt conveyors ,which were found in the application ,investigated and analyzed the common faults of the conveyors used in a mine in Shanxi province according to the production record .The reasons for conveyor belt running deviation were analyzed in detail .A fault diagnosis method based on PCA and SVM for belt running deviation was proposed by collection and analysis of the position ,frequentness and quantity of running deviation of n characteristic points on the belt conveyor .By using SVM to classify the fault ,the running deviation fault of belt conveyor could be immediately identified .The method is simple and convenient ,and it has guiding significance to prevent ,diagnose and deal with the fault of the transfer line .
