摘　　要：为了提高MW级风力发电机组的国产化率,节约生产成本,方便后期维护,增强其市场竞争能力,在遵循软PLC国际标准的基础上设计了一种MW级风力发电机组主控PLC系统。系统以基于MPC8280处理器和VxWorks实时操作系统的嵌入式计算机平台为运行环境,以CodeSys软件为其开发环境;采用分布式硬件结构,通过以太网总线实现I/O模块间数据实时交互,系统支持多级互联。详细描述了基于VxWorks的软PLC系统软硬件结构及实现方法、系统运行流程及以太网总线的实现。最后通过实验,表明其实时性、稳定性都满足实际控制需求。该系统同时具有性价比高、维护方便等优点。In order to improve the localization rate of the MW-class wind turbine ,reduce the production costs ,and enhance the capability of independent innovation of China ,this paper designed an embedded soft PLC system which was on the basis of VxWorks and 3S＆#39;s CodeSys . The software and hardware structure of the soft PLC based on VxWorks and its realization method were described ,and the system running processes and the realization of Ethernet bus were introduced in detail .Finally ,the soft PLC system was applied to a 2MW wind turbine in XEMC .The result of experiment has verified the reliability and correctness of the system .
