摘　　要：针对目前直线振动筛分辨效率不高、实用性不强的缺点,对LB 2000型直线振动筛的工作原理进行了研究,在此基础上结合实践经验对筛网布置及筛层角度的布置进行改进设计,得出了合理的筛网布置及筛层角度布置。实践证明改进后的LB2000型直线振动筛筛分效率高、使用性强、结构优化、成本低。To solving the problem of low efficiency of linear vibrator ,taking LB2000 linear vibrator as example ,this paper analyzed its working principle ,and then put forward the improvement on the structrue of vibration screen .Practice has proved that the improved LB2000 linear vibrator is of high efficiency ,low cost ,etc .
