摘　　要：在分析总结原有井架吊装施工工艺的基础上,结合吊装原理及井架现场特点,采用分部组装、整体平移、4台吊车同时起吊的技术,有效避免了起立桅杆工序导致的安全隐患,实现了整个井架施工过程的安全、快捷,缩短了施工工期,取得了良好的经济效益。Based on the analysis and summarization of the existing headfraine lilting construction process,combined with the lifting principle and site conditions,the techniques of assembling by parts,integral translation and 4 cranes working in the same lime were used,which avoided the hidden danger caused in the process ol setting up the mast.It achieved safety and quick headframe construction.shortened the construction time,and gained good economic benefit.
