摘　　要：目的:探讨新生儿床边胸部计算机X射线摄影的有效成像方法和必要的辐射防护措施,以提高摄片成功率和影像质量。方法:利用床边X射线机配合CR系统进行全程化、系统化操作处理,并同时兼顾到摄片质量和辐射防护。结果:在对患儿加强防护的前题下,对摄片过程、扫描器扫描及计算机图像处理等全程化管理后,降低了废片率,提高了图像质量。结论:通过合理运用管电压和管电流的扫描参数、照射距离、角度及照射野等摄影条件,针对新生儿自身发育特点,结合恰当的摄片体位并辅助以辐射防护措施,有效提高摄片质量和辐射防护效果。Objective：To explore the effective imaging method of neonatal bedside chest computed radiography and necessary protective measures, to improve the success rate and image quality for radiography. Methods：By using bedside X-ray machine with CR system was integrated, systematic operation processing, and also give consideration to the radiography quality and protection. Results：on the premise of strengthening the protection of children, the whole process management of photographic process, scanner and computer image processing, reduce remake rate, improves the image quality. Conclusion：By using KV, mA, distance, angle, field etc photography conditions, according to the development characteristics of newborn, appropriate exposure position and auxiliary protective measures, can effectively improve the image quality and protective effect.
