脊柱脊髓损伤伴神经元性膀胱功能障碍的综合康复方法

摘　　要：目的:探讨脊柱脊髓损伤伴神经元性膀胱功能障碍患者的综合康复方法及效果。方法:采取回顾性方法对50例脊柱脊髓损伤伴神经元性膀胱功能障碍患者的综合康复方法及其应用效果进行分析。结果:通过采用综合康复方法,患者的各项身体功能均已恢复,且效果明显。完全性脊柱脊髓损伤患者的膀胱容量、尿液残余量分别为(274.2±121.3)ml、(99.4±43.2)ml,留置导尿管时间为(155.2±112.4)d;不完全性脊柱脊髓损伤患者的膀胱容量、尿液残余量分别为(421.2±66.9)ml、(38.3±13.2)ml,留置导尿管时间为(41.4±3.6)d。结论:脊柱脊髓损伤伴神经元性膀胱功能障碍患者实施综合康复具有较好的效果,能够有效改善膀胱功能障碍,提高临床康复效果。Objective： To investigate the spinal cord injury with neurons of patients with bladder dysfunction and the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. Methods：Retrospective Methods from January 2011 to December 2012 among 50 cases of spinal cord injury associated with neuronal dysfunction in patients with bladder comprehensive rehabilitation nursing methods of analysis, and analyze its application results. Results：The investigation and analysis of the physical function of patients were already restored, and the effect is obvious. Complete spinal cord injury patients with bladder capacity, residual urine volume and urinary catheters time was （274.2＆#177;121.3）mL, （99.4＆#177;43.2） mL,（155.2＆#177;112.4）d; incomplete spinal cord injury patients bladder capacity, residual urine volume and urinary catheters time was （421.2＆#177;66.9）mL, （38.3＆#177;13.2）mL, （41.4＆#177;3.6）d. Conclusion： Spinal cord injury associated with neuron bladder dysfunction implement comprehensive rehabilitation care with good results, can effectively improve bladder dysfunction, and improve the clinical effect of rehabilitation.
