摘　　要：冻配工作环节多、技术要求高,组织难度大。本文对庄浪县柳梁乡冻配点合理布局、信息沟通、宣传、掌握最佳配种时间、技术人员管理、坚守工作岗位,加强母牛及犊牛的科学饲养等方面经验进行了总结。Frozen semen breeding is a complicated task with high technique requirement and organization difficulty. This article summarized the experience of frozen semen breeding in the liuliang county and Zhuanglang county, involving in the rational distribution, information communication, propaganda work, control of best mating time, technician management, sticking to jobs, strengthening the scientific feeding of cows and calves.
