彩色多普勒超声联合数字钼靶X线摄影对乳腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声联合数字钼靶X线摄影在乳腺癌临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集128例乳腺病变患者的彩色多普勒超声及钼靶X线的影像学资料,对单用彩色多普勒超声、数字钼靶X线摄影及二者联合检查对乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度、特异度及准确度等指标以及乳腺癌病理分型诊断的符合率进行对比分析。结果:联合检查对乳腺癌诊断的特异度、准确度、阳性预测值以及不同病理类型乳腺癌诊断的符合率均较单纯应用彩超多普勒、钼靶X线检查有明显提高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合检查能将彩色多普勒和钼靶X线的检查结果有机结合,对提高乳腺癌检查的准确度,降低误诊、漏诊的发生具有重要意义,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography with CR molybdenum target in breast cancer.Method：Color doppler ultrasonography and CR molybdenum target pathological data of 128 patients with breast diseases were selected,the difference in diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specialization and the coincidence rates compared with pathological type by using color doppler ultrasonography or CR molybdenum target separately and the combination of two methods were analyzed and compared.Result：The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specialization and the coincidence rates compared with pathological type of the joint inspection were significantly higher than by using color doppler ultrasonography or CR molybdenum target separately,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Joint inspection can integrate the results of the color doppler with ultrasonography,it has great significance to improve the accuracy on inspection of breast cancer and it is worth to promote the occurrence of decrease misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in clinical.
