某部队驻地环境对战士静脉血细胞参数的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解某部队驻地环境对战士静脉血细胞各种参数的影响。方法:对该部队2011年底入伍的688名战士(男641名,女47名)在入伍体格复检时空腹抽取静脉血用KX21N自动血细胞分析仪进行血常规测定;1年后追踪到其中527名战士(男486名,女41名)采用相同方法测定血常规,观察比较血细胞各参数的变化。结果:在驻地服役1年后战士静脉血中血细胞各种主要指标均发生显著改变,其中RBC、HGB、HCT和RDW较刚入伍时显著升高,而WBC、PLT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、MPV和PDW较入伍时明显降低,且这些变化都具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:正常人静脉血中血细胞各种参数除了由人种、性别、年龄等因素决定外,还受到机体所处环境因素的影响,因此从平原低海拔地区的战士来到驻地生活一段时间后,血液中血细胞各参数会因机体代偿性反应而发生改变。Objective：To evaluate the effects of certain garrison environment on soldiers’ parameters of venous blood cells. Method：In the end of 2011,we chose 688 new recruits（641 males and 47 females）who participated the military conscription to measure the parameters of venous blood cells by KX21N automated hematology analyzer. One year later,527 soldiers（486 males and 41 females）who measured before were chosen to re-measure the venous blood cell parameters using the same routine to observe and compare the changes（if exist）. Result：After one year’s living on the garrison, the main parameters of soldiers’ venous blood changed significantly. The RBC,HGB,HCT and RDW increased significantly after living in the garrison sometime while the WBC,PLT,MCV,MCH,MCHC,MPV and PDW was significantly lower than before. And all these changes were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The normal venous blood cells parameters are determined by the peoples’ race,gender,age and other factors. Besides,the living environmental factors can influence the parameters too. So after living in high altitude garrison a period,the parameters of venous blood cells of soldiers who come from low altitude areas change according to the body’s compensatory reactions.
