盆底康复治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨盆底康复治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2013年1-10月收治的160例女性压力性尿失禁患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各80例,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予盆底康复治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予主动式训练治疗,两个疗程后观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率92.5%明显高于对照组的67.5%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底康复治疗压力性尿失禁疗效显著,具有无创、安全、简便等优点,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of treatment with pelvic floor rehabilitation for female stress urinary incontinence. Method：160 female patients with stress urinary incontinence were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2013,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,80 cases in each group.The observation group was given pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given active training treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed and compared after two courses.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,it was significantly better than the 67.5%of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment of stress urinary incontinence curative effect is obvious,has the advantages of noninvasive,safe and convenient,is worth the clinical promotion.
