辐照猪皮在儿童深Ⅱ度烧伤治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:总结分析辐照猪皮在儿童深Ⅱ度烧伤治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2009年1月-2012年1月本院收治的60例年龄<12岁的深Ⅱ度烧伤儿童患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组儿童患者创面清创后给予辐照猪皮覆盖包扎,对照组儿童患者创面清创后给予聚维酮碘纱包扎,比较两组患者的创面愈合时间、疼痛情况等。结果:观察组换药次数(1.1±0.1)次、愈合时间(14.2±2.1)d明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止疼比例96.67%明显高于对照组的60.00%,感染率3.33%明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在深Ⅱ度烧伤儿童患者治疗中应用辐照猪皮能减轻儿童痛苦,缩短疗程,且疗效可靠,创面愈合较好。Objective：To investigate clinical application of irradiated pigskin in treatment of children deepⅡdegree burns. Method：60 cases of children with deepⅡdegree burn in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were divided into two groups according to random number table method the observation group（n=30）,treated by irradiated pigskin cover dressing after wound debridement and the control group（n=30）,treated by povidone-iodine gauze bandage after wound debridement. The wound healing time and pain conditions of two groups were analyzed. Result：Number of dressing of the observation group（1.1±0.1）times,healing time（14.2±2.1）d was significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;Termination pain proportion of the observation group（96.67%）was significantly higher than the that of the control group（60.00%）,infection rate（3.33%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（20.00%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Irradiated pigskin applications in deepⅡdegree burn treatment in pediatric patients can reduce the suffering of children ,shorten the course,and be the effective and reliable,better wound healing.
