摘  要:目的了解2012年医院各类病原菌在临床送检标本中的分布,为临床经验用药提供依据。方法采用WHONET5.5软件对2012年甘肃省上报卫生部全国细菌耐药监测系统中的数据进行统计分析。结果共上报病原菌21 947株,其中革兰阴性菌16 682株占76.01%,革兰阳性菌5 265株占23.99%;以大肠埃希菌分布最多,占25.14%,其次为肺炎克雷伯菌占16.59%;溶血葡萄球菌和屎肠球菌在标本中分布极低,分别占6.25%、5.55%;病原菌主要来自痰液、尿液、血液、脓液及咽拭子。结论关注并了解各类标本中常见的病原菌菌谱,以便更早、更准确地治疗感染性疾病,减少抗菌药物的不合理应用,延缓耐药菌的出现。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of all kinds of pathogenic bacteria isolated from various clinical samples, so as to provide a basis for the use of antibiotics. METHODS The data of nationwide bacteria drug resistance surveillance from Gansu province during 2012 were analyzed by use of whonetS. 5 software. RESULTS A total of 21947 strains of pathogenic bacteria were investigated, including 16682 strains of gram-negative bacteria (76.01%) and 5265 strains of gram-positive bacteria (23. 990//00). Escherichia coli was the major pathogen, accounting for 25.14, followed by Klebsiella pneumoniae 16.59. Staphylococcus haernolyticus and Entero- coccus faecium occupied a very small proportion of gram-positive bacteria, accounting for 6. 25//0 and 5. 55% respectively. Most of these pathogenic bacteria were isolated from sputum, urine, blood and pharyngeal swab. CONCLUSION The common pathogenic bacteria isolated from various samples should be focused on and learned about so as to treat infectious diseases as soon and accurate as possible, to reduce irrational use of antibacterial drugs and defer the appearance of resistant bacteria.
