摘　　要：介绍了灰铸铁皮带轮的铸造工艺设计,铸件质量约23.89kg,材料牌号为HT200。运用ProCAST软件对皮带轮凝固过程进行了数值模拟,分析了该工艺产生缺陷的部位和原因,提出了后处理方法。The casting method design of a gray iron belt pulley was introduced. The casting weight was about 23.89kg, its material grade was HT 200. The solidification process of the belt pulley was simulated by the ProCAST software. The location and the cause of the shrinkage defects of the technology were forecasted and analyzed. Reprncessing method is proposed.
