摘 要:目的观察一种熏蒸片对医院室内空气消毒效果。方法采用平板沉降法采样和细菌培养方法,对该熏蒸片熏蒸消毒室内空气的效果进行了检测,同时与紫外线照射法作平行比较。结果该熏蒸片有效成分为荆芥等数种中草药植物精油,每片为290 mg。在20 m2房间中放置2片熏蒸片加热熏蒸消毒1 h,在无人条件下对室内空气中自然菌平均清除率为93.37%,空气中平均自然菌数<200 cfu/m3。紫外线照射消毒1 h,对空气中自然菌平均清除率为65.43%。结论该中草药植物精油熏蒸片加热熏蒸消毒对室内空气中自然菌清除效果可达到消毒指标要求,无不良气味。Objective To observe the effect of air disinfection by a kind of air disinfection slice to the indoor air in the hospital. Methods Plate sampling and bacterial culture method were used to detect the disinfection effect of the indoor air by heating & fumigating the air disinfection slice, and compared with the ultraviolet irradiation. Results The effective components of the air disinfection slice are essential oil of Schizonepeta and other Chinese herb. Each piece is 290 mg. Put 2 pieces in a 20m2 room and heat & fumigate them for lb. In the condition of the people - absence, the average removal rate of natural bacteria in indoor air was 93.37%, the average number of natural bacteria in air is 〈 200 cfu/m3. After Ultravi- olet irradiates for lh, the average removal rate of natural bacteria in indoor air is 65.43%. Conclusion By heating and fumigating, the air disinfection slice which contains Chinese herbal medicine plant essential oil can disinfect the natural bacteria in indoor air to achieve disinfection reauirements without bad smell.
