感染性腹泻标本中沙门菌的检测结果

摘　　要：目的了解基层医疗机构感染性腹泻患者送检标本中沙门菌检测结果,为有效防控感染性腹泻提供参考。方法通过收集和检测平罗县3家哨点医院的门诊感染性腹泻病人标本,对感染性腹泻患者病原菌进行监测与分析。结果在2011年4月-2012年11月期间,共收集感染性腹泻患者标本258份,共分离到沙门菌9株,检出率为3.5%。其中肠炎沙门菌4株、鼠伤寒沙门菌3株、病牛沙门菌和未分型沙门菌各1株。沙门菌引起的感染性腹泻主要分布在2-8月,以肠炎沙门菌和鼠伤寒沙门菌为优势血清型。结论平罗县引起感染性腹泻的沙门菌主要为肠炎沙门菌和鼠伤寒沙门菌,以春夏季为流行季节。Objective To investigate the detection results of diarrhea patients specimens of Salmonella infection in basic medical institutions, in order to provide reference for the effective prevention and control of infectious diarrhea. Methods Collection and detection of infectious diarrhea patients＇ specimens in three sentinel hospitals of Pingluo, to monitor and a- nalysis of pathogens in patients with infectious diarrhea. Results In the period from 2011 Apr to 2012 Nov, 258 samples were isolated from diarrhea patients. 9 strains were Salmonella, the detection rate was 3.5%. Among them 4 strains were Salmonella enteritidis, 3 strains were Salmonella typhimurium enteritis, 1 was Salmonella bovis - morbificans and one was undifferentiated type 1 strains of salmonella. Infectious diarrhea caused by Salmonella are mainly distributed from Feb to August, Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium were the dominant serotype.
