摘　　要：目的了解医院住院患者感染及其管理相关情况,为加强医院感染管理提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对某医院2012年7月6日住院患者医院感染现状和医院感染管理情况进行调查。结果调查当日实查住院患者1 804例,发生医院感染患者59例、64例次,感染现患率为3.27%、例次感染率3.55%。感染部位以下呼吸道感染为主,其次为泌尿道感染,感染率最高的科室为ICU;抗菌药物使用率为47.23%。结论通过横断面调查所查到的医院感染现患率比较符合该医院实际,该医院感染管理比较规范,基本管理指标达到相关管理规范要求。Objective To investigate the nosocomial infection and management condition in a hospital inpatients, to pro- vide a scientific basis for improving the management level. Methods By the means of cross - sectional study, the present status and management condition of inpatients＇ nosocomial infections in a hospital on July 6th 2012 were investigated re- spectively. Results Totally 1 804 cases of inpatients were investigated. 59 patients （64 case -times）had nosocomial in- fections, the prevalence rate was 3.27% （case rate was 3.55% ）. Infection sites was lower respiratory tract basically,next was urinary tract. The prevalence rate in ICU was the highest. The use rate of antibiotics was 47. 23%. Conclusion Prevalence rate of nosocomial infection which was checked by cross - sectional study was accorded with the actual condition of the hospital. The infection management was standard in the hospital. The basic management index reached the related regulations.
