摘  要:目的研究邻苯二甲醛及其复方的消毒相关性能,选择合适的组方原料。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和现场模拟试验方法,对复配邻苯二甲醛杀菌效果及其稳定性进行观察。结果用含邻苯二甲醛4 800 mg/L水溶液作用1 min,对大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌平均杀灭率为99.90%以上;以含5 969 mg/L邻苯二甲醛对白色念珠菌作用1 min,平均杀灭率为99.90%以上;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用120 min,平均杀灭率为100%。含5 969 mg/L邻苯二甲醛对不锈钢、碳钢、铜、铝和马口铁等金属相容性好。于54℃储存14 d,邻苯二甲醛含量下降率为4.98%。结论本研究邻苯二甲醛对细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢均具有良好的杀灭活性,对金属材料相容性好,性能稳定。Objective To study the disinfection related performance of O - phthalaldehyde and its compound formulated products so as to select appropriate formula ingredients. Methods The carrier quantitative and on the spot simulation test were used to observe the germicidal efficacy and stability of compound O - phthalaldehyde disinfectant. Results The aver-age killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus enposed to the solution containing 4 800 mg/L of O - phthal- aldehyde for 1 minute were 99.90%. That of Candida albicans exposed to the solution contain 5 969 mg/L O - phthalalde-hyde for 1 minute was 99.90% and that of Bacillus subtilis uar. niger spore exposed to the solution for t20 minutes was 100%. The solution containing 5 969 mg/L O -phthalaldehyde showed good compatibility of stainless steel, carbon steel , aluminum and tinplate and the decreasing rate of O -phthaladehyde content was 4. 98% at 54℃ for 14 days. Conclusion The O-phthalaldehyde solution has good efficacy on killing bacterium, fungus and bacterial spores. It also has good metal compatibility and stable performance.
