冰箱内臭氧抗菌防霉检测方法的研究

摘  要:目的研究冰箱抗菌防霉检测方法及臭氧对冰箱内的杀菌效果。方法通过载体定量杀菌试验方法,研究冰箱内细菌生长影响因素及臭氧对冰箱防霉效果。结果不加湿的4℃冰箱内,污染在玻片上的大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、白色念珠菌24 h后自然消亡率达到99.9%;污染在琼脂片上的细菌自然消亡率都在50%以下。冰箱内充入0.10 mg/m3臭氧对冰箱内载体上污染的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌、白色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率均达到90%以上,防霉效果达到0级。结论琼脂片是冰箱杀菌效果检测中一种较合适的染菌载体,低浓度臭氧对冰箱内具有防霉效果。Objective To study the anti - bacterial and anti - mold testing methods of refrigerator and to observe the dis- infection effect of ozone on refrigerator. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to study the influencing factors of bacteria growth in refrigerator, and to analyze the anti - mold efficacy of ozone on refrigerator. Results In the 4℃ refrigerator without humidification, When the glass plate was used as the carrier, the natural killing rates of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans were more than 99. 9% after 24 h. When the agar plate was used as the carrier, the natural killing rates were all less than 50%. When the ozone concentration was 0. 10 mg/m^3 , the killing rates of E. coli, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, S. albus and C. albicans were more than 90%, the anti - mold level rechieved 0 level. Conclusion The agar plate is a kind of good cartier in the anti - bacterial test of refrigerator, and the refrigerator with low ozone concentration has a good anti - mold efficacy.
