摘　　要：目的了解医用织物洗涤消毒质量与管理现状,为制定《可重复使用医用织物洗涤消毒技术规范》提供依据。方法采用现场查看和问卷调查方式,对湖北省68家医疗机构和社会化洗涤公司可重复使用医用织物洗涤消毒工作现状进行调查。结果随机抽检38家医疗机构洗涤消毒前医用织物312件次,从17件次医用纺织品上分别检出白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等种类细菌,从1件洗涤消毒后的医用纺织品上检出革兰阳性球菌。调查发现,部分单位医用纺织品洗涤消毒场所建筑简陋、布局不合理、相关制度缺乏或不健全;多数单位洗涤操作人员未接受过专业培训,洗涤消毒洁污不分,洗涤污水直接排放。结论湖北省进行医用纺织品洗涤消毒的医疗机构和社会化服务公司洗涤消毒工作不规范,洗涤消毒质量无保障,亟待加强规范化管理。Objective To know the status of washing disinfection quality and management in medical fabric, so as to provide the basis for developing ＂Technical regulation for hospital reusable fabric washing and disinfection ＂. Methods Field survey and questionnaire were used to survey the status of washing disinfection quality and management in medical fabric of 68 medical institutions and socialization washing company in Hubei Province. Results Random sampling of 312 piece/times medical fabric before washing disinfection were carried out in 38 medical institutions. From 17 piece/times medical fabric Candida albicans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and other types of bac-teria were detected respectively. In 17 times the Gram - positive cocci was detected for 1 piece/time. The survey found that medical fabric washing disinfection buildings were simple,irrational,lack of relevant systems in some units; most of the washing operator who had not received professional training and the washing sewage was directly discharged in most units. Conclusion The medical institutions and socialization washing company in Hubei Province are not standard in washing disinfection. The quality of washing disinfection has no guarantee, and standardized management should be strengthened.
