鞍山市血液透析室消毒管理现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解医疗机构血液透析室消毒管理现状,以便加强对血液透析消毒质量的管理。方法通过问卷调查和抽样检测的方法,对鞍山市辖区内9所医院的血液透析室进行调查。结果在调查的9所医院血液透析室中,有3所医院血液透析室建筑布局不合理,部分血液透析室专业人员配备不足或缺位。少数医院血液透析室不进行透析用水和透析液中内毒素及化学污染物监测。透析用水和透析液质量合格率平均为86.49%,浓缩A液平均合格率为100%,但浓缩B液平均合格率仅为72.73%。使用中入口透析液平均合格率为82.50%、出口透析液平均合格率为87.50%。结论鞍山市部分医疗机构血液透析室消毒管理存在问题,应加强血液透析室消毒隔离,确保血液透析安全。Objective To know the disinfection management status of hemodialysis rooms of medical institutions, so as to strengthen the management of disinfection quality of hemodialysis. Methods The questionnaire and sample test were used to investigate hemodialysis rooms in 9 hospitals in Anshan. Results In the survey of hemodialysis room in 9 hospitals, the building layout of the hemodialysis room wasn＇t reasonable in 3 hospitals and professional staff were shortage or absence in part of hemodialysis rooms. Endotoxin and chemical contaminants weren＇t monitored in dialysis water and dialysate in few hospitals. The average eligible rate of dialysis water and dialysate was 86.49%, that of A concentration fluid was 100%, while that of B concentration fluid was only 72. 73%. The average eligible rate sol entrance dialysate and export dialysate in use were 82. 50% and 87.50% respectively. Conclusion There are some questions about the disinfection management of hemodialysis room in part of hospitals in Anshan. The disinfection and isolation of hemodialysis room should be strength- ened to ensure the safety of hemodialysis.
