摘　　要：目的了解新兵的应对方式现状以及家庭环境与应对方式的关系,为武警部队的人才培养、新兵的心理健康维护,以及特殊岗位人才选拔提供指导。方法采用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)和应对方式问卷,对250名新兵进行调查分析。结果新兵应对方式的使用依次是解决问题、求助、幻想、自责、退避和合理化。亲密度、知识性和组织性是解决问题、求助成熟应对方式的预测变量;知识性、矛盾性、道德性、娱乐性和组织性是自责、幻想和退避不成熟应对方式的预测变量。结论 2013年入伍新兵的应对方式良好,家庭环境对应对方式有重要的影响作用。Objective To study the coping style of recruits and the relationship between tamily environment and coping style, to provide instruction for the development of talented person, the recruits health maintenance, and select the special post persons. Methods 250 recruits were tested by using Family Environment Scale and Coping Style Questionnaire. Results The coping style of recruits included solving problem, ask for help, fantasy, self reproach, avoidance, rationalization. Cohesion, intellectual-cultural ori- entation and organization were the estimating variables of the mature coping style. Intellectual-cultural orientation, conflict, moral-reli- gious emphasis, active-recreational orientation and organization were the estimating variables of the immature coping style. Conclusions The coping style of recruits （2013 yr） is good. The family environment has important influence on the coping style.
