血竭消炎止痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究中药血竭消炎、镇痛的作用。方法 :大鼠琼脂肉芽肿实验 ,小鼠耳郭肿胀实验及扭体反应实验。结果 :血竭可明显抑制大鼠琼脂肉芽肿的形成 (P<0 .0 1)和二甲苯所致小鼠耳郭肿胀 (P<0 .0 1) ,明显抑制冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :血竭具有消炎镇痛的作用。Objective: Effects of Sanguis draxonis on anti-inflammatory and analgesic were studied in mice and rats. Methods: agar-induced granulation of rats and ear edema of mice; pains in writhing model. Results: Saguis draxonis had evident inhibition in the proliferation of agar-induced granulation in rats (P<0.01) and the swelling of mice ears induced by xylene (P<0.01); the results of analgesic experiments showed that Sanguis draxonis remarkably inhibited pains in writhing model by acetic acid glacial (P<0.01). Conclusion: Sanguis draxonis had the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
