摘　　要：目的 :对卡通片进行定性定量分析 ,制定其质量标准。方法 :对卡通片中黄芪、人参、葛根进行了薄层色谱鉴别 ,并采用高效液相色谱法对该制剂中黄芪的主要有效成分黄芪甲甙进行定量测定。结果 :加样回收率为 97.6 4% ,RSD为 2 .18% (n=5 )。结论 :方法灵敏 ,结果准确 。Objectives:To establish identification and quantitative analysis method for Katong tablets,and control its quality.Method: Astragalus membranceus,Panax ginseng,Puerain lobata in Katong tablets have been identified by TLC.The contents of the main active component astragalosid IV was also determined by HPLC.Results:The average recovery was 97.64% and the RSD was 2.18%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is sensitive and accurate,can be used for quality control of the drug.
