摘　　要：通过大黄多种提取工艺的比较 (水温浸法 ,乙醇回流法 ,水温浸 -乙醇回流法 ) ,以大黄素为指标成分 ,采用薄层扫描法测定大黄素提取率 ,寻求生产胆石通胶囊大黄合适的提取工艺。结果表明 ,用水温浸 -乙醇回流法提取大黄浸膏 ,能降低胆石通胶囊对大黄生药内控含量标准的要求 ,有利于大批量生产。Several extraction methods for Rhubarb (water warm immersion,alcohol reflux,water-warm immersion-alcohol reflux) were compared in this study.The extraction yield of emodin as the content index were determined quantitatively by TLC-scanning to explore suitable extraction process for Rhubarb in Danshitong capsules. As a result, the water-warm immersion-alcohol reflux method is the optimum extraction process of Rhubarb in Danshitong capsules.
