三黄肾康丸治疗大鼠慢性肾衰的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察三黄肾康丸对腺嘌呤致大鼠慢性肾衰 (CRF)的影响。方法 :连续喂养0 75 %腺嘌呤使Wister大鼠产生类似于人慢性肾衰的症状。2周后 ,治疗组大鼠每天用中药三黄肾康丸 (12 0g/kg、6.0g/kg)灌胃 ,连续6周 ,并于第4、8周测定大鼠血尿素氮 (BUN )、肌酐 (Scr)、RBC、HGB、HCT及肾脏病理学检查。结果 :三黄肾康丸明显改善大鼠肾衰的症状 ,与模型组大鼠比较 ,肾重量减轻 (P<0 01) ,纤维化程度降低 ,肾组织内结晶沉积物减少。结论OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of SHSK on chronic renal failure(CRF)in rats induced by adenine.METHODS:A rat model of renal failure,induced by feeding fodder containing 0.75% adenine,could manifest signs resembling those observed in man with CRF.After two weeks of adenine feeding,SHSK in a dose of 12.0g/(kg·d) or 6.0g/(kg·d) was given to the rats for six weeks.At the 4th and 8th weeks,the BUN,Scr,RBC,HGB and HCT were detected and the pathalogy of the kidney was examined.RESULTS:The results indicated that SHSK given orally could improve the signs in rats with CRF.In comparison with the untreated control group,the kidney weight was lightened(P<0.01),crystals in renal tissue decreased and the proliferation of fibroid tissue was alleviated.CONCLUSION: SHSK has a markedly therapeutic effect on renal failure in rats.
