摘　　要：[目的]总结丁彩飞教授治疗胚胎移植术后妊娠早期先兆流产经验。[方法]分别从辨病辨证、遣方用药、内外合治等方面总结丁彩飞教授治疗本病经验。[结论]丁彩飞教授临证强调辨证结合辨病,活用单方辅以复方,巧用外治配合内治。[结论]丁彩飞教授自拟益肾安宫1号方、益肾安宫2号方、助眠协定方等治疗胚胎移植术后妊娠早期先兆流产及其兼症,疗效显著,为临床用药提供了参考。Objective] To summarize the experience of professor Ding Caifei in treating threatened abortion happened on IVF-ET early pregnancy.[Method] Discussed from identified syndromes, herbal prescription, and other aspects.[Result] When treating Professor Ding Caifei emphasizes on the com- bination of syndrome differentiation and disease. She is experienced in using single herb for adjuvant therapy and combing internal to external treatment flexibly. [Conclusion] Professor Ding Caifei has obtained good curative effect in treating threatened abortion happened on IVF-ET early pregnancy,pro- viding reference for clinical reference.
