静注柳胺苄心定治疗高血压急症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨柳胺苄心定快速降压的疗效和安全性。方法:对33例本院急诊室就诊的高血压急症患者分次静脉推注柳胺苄心定,观察其快速降压的作用。结果:首剂25mg,最大剂量75mg,血压平均降低7.46±0.50/2.87±0.25kPa,心率平均减慢11±2次/分,与治疗前比较,有极显著差异(P<0.01),无严重副反应。结论:柳胺苄心定是一种使用方便、降压快速、安全有效的治疗各类高血压急症的理想用药。To investigate the efficacy and safety of labetalol on reducing blood pressure quickly. Methods.-In the emergency department ,33 patients with severe hypertension were treated with iv labetalol. Results:The first dose was 25mg labetolol,the dose was increased to 75mg if necessary, the mean decrease in blood pressure was 7. 46 ± 0. 50/2. 87 ± 0. 25kPa and mean heart rate decrease was 11 ± 2/min. As compared with pretrement values the differences were significant (P<0. 01). No serious side effect was observed. Conclusion: Labetalol is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of hypertension. It can be used very conveniently with rapid response.
