摘　　要：以患者为中心,探索建立科学合理的医疗服务劳务价值体系是新时期深化公立医院改革的核心内容之一,而护理服务在满足患者护理需求中发挥了重要作用。文章运用马斯洛需求理论,分析了患者对护理服务的层次性需求,研究了基于满足患者层次性需求基础的护理服务劳务价值体系内涵,最后提出了对公立医院护理体制改革的基本启示。It is the core of deepening the reform on state-owned hospitals in the new period to explore the scientific and ra- tional patient-oriented value system of health care service,in which nursing services has played a very important role in meeting the patients＇ needs. The patients＇ needs of nursing services in hierarchy and the connotation of value system of nursing care service were studied with Maslow＇s hierarchy theory. Based on which, enlightenment on reform on nursing care system in state-owned hos- pitals was obtained.
