摘　　要：文章通过文献分析法、深度访谈法及问卷调查法研究基层医疗机构绩效评价的发展现状,分析标准服务量在绩效评价中的应用,探讨其存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议,从而促进标准服务量更好地在绩效评价中的运用,推动基层医疗机构的健康可持续发展。The status of development of performance appraisal in grass＇roots medical institutions was studied with documen- tation analysis, deep interview and questionnaire survey. The application of Standard Service Amount in performance appraisal was analyzed. And its problems were discussed. Based on which, some countermeasures were put forward to promote the application of Standard Service Amount in performance appraisal,and improve the sustainable development of grass-roots medical institutions.
