摘　　要：目的:评价知己量化健康管理对农村社区高血压高危人群知、信、行的影响。方法:在江苏吴江市松陵镇城南社区随机抽取高血压高危患者80例,进行知己量化健康管理和健康教育为主的综合干预,比较干预前后高危人群的健康知识、健康行为生活方式和体检结果。结果:经一年干预,高危人群的健康知识知晓率、健康行为流行率均显著提高,每日摄入量、血压、腰围、臀围、TG等显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:知己量化健康管理和健康教育相结合的综合干预可显著提高农村居民知、信、行水平,开展有针对性的综合干预对于提高农村社区居民高血压高危人群的知、信、行水平,提高农村居民的健康水平。Objective To evaluate the prevention effects of comprehensive intervention for high-risk populations in rural com- munities hypertension hypertension. Methods community intervention experiments carried out In Suzhou Wujiang Songling. In the experimental communities and control communities at high risk of hypertension were randomly selected 80 patients. General man- agement carried out in control communities. Based on general management, the type to strengthen health education, confidant quantify management, town and village integration of comprehensive intervention carried out in experimental community. Six months and a year later, to investigate two communities at high risk of hypertension health knowledge, unhealthy lifestyle behaviors and physical examination results were compared. Results After a year of intervention, the experimental group health knowledge and awareness of hypertension was significantly higher than before the intervention and control groups ,the prevalence of bad behavior （such as salt intake, oil, fat, exercise less, etc. ） was significantly lower than before the intervention and control groups, blood pressure , waist circumference, hip circumference,TG was significantly lower than before the intervention, the difference was sta- tistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion For rural residents of the actual situation and level of knowledge, to develop targeted interventions for improving comprehensive rural communities at high risk of hypertension KAP level, with lower morbidity, preven- tion of hypertension, improve the health of residents
